This Valentine's Day, join us for a celebration of loving art! Visit the special exhibition "In Pursuit of a Masterpiece" and discover incredible artworks in the museum's collection. Watch Korean dance performances that will bring to life the MIA's Dragon Jar. Work with charcoal, pencil, and chalk to see if you can refigure Jasper Johns's Figure 2. Learn about the art of monotype printing by exploring the intriguing Nebuchadnezzar by William Blake. See how an Egyptian obelisk, imaginary and real animals, and kissing doves all come together in a magnificent work of art. Seek out artworks with themes of love and friendship, and make an artful valentine.
