Sketching in the Galleries: Principles of Design, Proportion
Saturday, April 6, 2013
Studio 114 and museum galleries
Instructor: Ken Wenzel
Proportion is a principle of design that is often initially difficult to master, but once understood can be greatly manipulated for realistic and expressive purposes. Understanding and using proportion accurately is the first step in discovering its potential. Through the classroom presentation and drawing in the galleries, students will explore and apply proportion.
