Physical Description:   Portrait of Henry Lambert. Life size. Full faced, clean shaven, white perriwig, dove colored cloth coat with buttons at front and cuffs; white lace-edged neck cloth (with heart shaped gold stick pin), and wrist ruffles, rich cream colored and embroidered satin waistcoat; right hand is concealed by left, on little finger of which is a carnelian ring; around third finger of this hand is twisted some black velvet ribbon(?); background of soft mustard color, with drapery effect at left.
